1) About these Terms
These Terms govern your access to and use of Event Campers’ website, content, and tools (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
2) What we do — booking agent only
-
Event Campers is a motorhome rental booking agent and comparison platform.
-
We are not a travel operator or motorhome owner, and we do not provide transportation, accommodation, maintenance, roadside assistance, or insurance services.
-
We do not sell or issue event tickets or camping passes. If a festival or venue requires tickets/passes, you must purchase them directly from the official seller.
3) Operators have their own terms
-
Each rental operator has its own terms, policies, fees, deposits, insurance and driver/age requirements.
-
When you book a motorhome, your contract is with the operator, not with Event Campers.
-
You must read and accept the operator’s terms before finalising a booking. Any disputes regarding the vehicle, charges, service quality, damage, or refunds are between you and the operator.
4) Event pages & information disclaimer
-
Our event pages are informational only (dates, locations, facilities, passes, transport, maps, etc.).
-
Event details can change without notice. You are solely responsible for verifying all event information, tickets, passes, and policies with the event organiser directly.
-
Event Campers is not liable for any losses arising from reliance on event information on our website, including date/venue changes, cancellations, or admission/policy issues.
5) Quotes, availability, and pricing
-
Availability and prices are set by operators and may change until confirmed in writing or at checkout.
-
Fees (e.g., insurance, mileage, cleaning, one-way, deposits, bond) are determined by the operator and may be payable at pickup.
-
Currency conversions and bank/processor fees may apply; we are not responsible for exchange-rate differences.
6) Bookings, payments, and charges
-
Bookings are subject to operator confirmation and your eligibility (licence, age, payment method, etc.).
-
Payments are processed by third-party providers; Event Campers may not be the merchant of record.
-
You authorise us and/or the operator to charge the payment method you provide for booking amounts and applicable fees according to the operator’s terms.
7) Cancellations, changes, and no-shows
-
Operator policies apply. Cancellation/change fees and timelines are set by the operator.
-
No-shows, late arrivals, and document/ID failures are handled per the operator’s policy and may forfeit payments.
8) Your responsibilities
-
Provide accurate information (names, contact details, licence, dates).
-
Verify that you meet licence/age/insurance requirements and bring required documents.
-
Comply with all operator terms, local laws, road rules, insurance obligations, and usage restrictions.
-
Inspect the vehicle at pickup and report defects per the operator’s process.

13) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Event Campers and our officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/revenue/data, arising from or related to: (i) use of the Services; (ii) reliance on event information; (iii) bookings, vehicles, services, charges, or disputes with operators; or (iv) third-party sites or services.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold Event Campers harmless from claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of laws, or disputes with operators or event organisers.
