Event Campers is a booking agent that helps you find and compare motorhome and RV rentals from trusted providers, all in one place, for travel to festivals, races, and events around the world.
Do you provide the vehicles directly?
No, we’re not a rental operator. We partner with leading motorhome and RV companies worldwide to give you live availability, the best pricing, and seamless bookings through one platform.
What types of events do you cover?
From music festivals and major motorsport events to remote gatherings and cultural celebrations, we focus on events where having your own motorhome adds freedom, comfort, and convenience.
Where can I pick up and drop off my rental?
That depends on the partner you book with. Many offer flexible pick-up and drop-off locations near airports or major cities, so you can plan your trip around your event. All of our partners locations are noted in the booking process and confirmations so you are aware of where the pick-up and drop-off is.
How early should I book for a major event?
As early as possible. Motorhome rentals and campsite spots around major events (like races or festivals) often book out months in advance, especially in high-demand locations.
What kind of motorhomes are available?
Our partners offer everything from compact campervans for two, to full-size luxury RVs with bathrooms, kitchens, and space for groups. You can filter by size, features, and price.
Do you provide tickets to the events?
No, we are not an authorised ticket provider. You must purchase your event tickets and camping passes separately from your campervan booking.
Managing a Booking
How do I manage my booking?
Once you have made a booking, you can email admin@event-campers.com for any changes or updates that you wish to have made.
What are the payment options?
We offer Stripe as our payment gateway which takes all major credit / debit cards
How do I cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel, please request through your booking confirmation or to our email at admin@event-campers.com.
Please be aware that some operators have cancellation policies which you may be subject to, these are listed in the operator terms and conditions upon booking.
When is the full amount due?
After we have taken your deposit upon booking, we require full payment 30-days prior to collection.
