That depends on the partner you book with. Many offer flexible pick-up and drop-off locations near airports or major cities, so you can plan your trip around your event. All of our partners locations are noted in the booking process and confirmations so you are aware of where the pick-up and drop-off is.
As early as possible. Motorhome rentals and campsite spots around major events (like races or festivals) often book out months in advance, especially in high-demand locations.

Once you have made a booking, you can email book@event-campers.com for any changes or updates that you wish to have made.
We offer Stripe as our payment gateway which takes all major credit / debit cards
If you need to cancel, please request through your booking confirmation or to our email at book@event-campers.com.
Please be aware that some operators have cancellation policies which you may be subject to, these are listed in the operator terms and conditions upon booking.
After we have taken your deposit upon booking, we require full payment 60-days prior to collection for some operators. Other operators will require you to pay on arrival for remaining balances. Please read terms and conditions for each operator or get in touch if you are unsure.
