1) What Event Campers does
Event Campers (event-campers.com) is a comparison and booking platform for motorhome and campervan rental. We help travellers find and compare rental options for events, festivals, motorsport weekends, and destination road trips across Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, and other countries.
2) How we earn revenue
Event Campers earns revenue through commissions, referral fees, and/or affiliate payments when you make a booking or enquiry through our platform. This means:
– When you use our booking widgets or click through to a rental operator, we may receive a commission or referral fee if you complete a booking.
– The price you pay is set by the rental operator. Our commission does not increase the price you pay for your rental.
– We may receive different commission rates from different operators. We aim to present options based on relevance and value to you, not solely on commission rate.
3) We are not the rental operator
Event Campers is a booking agent and comparison platform only. We do not own, operate, maintain, or insure any motorhomes, campervans, or recreational vehicles. Your rental contract is directly with the operator, and their terms, conditions, fees, insurance, and policies apply.
4) Event information is provided for reference only
Our event and destination pages include information such as dates, locations, camping details, facilities, and driving distances. This information is researched and written in good faith, but event details can change without notice. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any event, festival, race, or venue mentioned on our site unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for verifying all event information, tickets, passes, and policies with the official event organiser.
5) Reviews and testimonials
We may invite customers to leave reviews via Trustpilot after their trip. We do not pay for reviews or offer incentives in exchange for positive feedback. All reviews reflect the genuine experience of the reviewer.
6) Third-party trademarks
Event names, venue names, organisation names, and logos mentioned on our site are trademarks of their respective owners. They appear for descriptive and informational purposes only and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
7) Contact
If you have questions about our commercial relationships or how we earn revenue, contact us at book@event-campers.com.
