Willowbank sits just off the Cunningham Highway in the City of Ipswich, with sealed roads and festival traffic control in place during show days.
- From Brisbane: ~50–60 mins via Ipswich Mwy (M7) → Cunningham Hwy (A15).
- From Gold Coast: ~1–1.5 hrs via M1 → Logan Mwy → Ipswich Mwy.
